Cleaning Services to be rendered no later than 30 days after award date. Cleaning to be conducted in accordance with "Attachment 2 - C-Dorm Cleaning PWS." This performance work statement shall serve as standards for the work to be performed against. Non-personal Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the custodial services in the US dormitory buildings as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Funds are available for this effort. Amendment 1 - Addition of speicifcations for hallway cleaning for both buildings and windowsills for Bldg "A". Changes to PWS highlighted in the document.
