The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform on-site inspection and training services for the Spangdahlem GVEWS. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the performance standards and scope as set forth in this Statement of Objectives. Additionally, contractors must be qualified and/or certified to perform maintenance on the systems as currently installed. The currently installed components are listed in the attached Component List (Att. 1).
