This is a standard, continuing requirement for military chapel programs. The scope of work includes planning, coordinating, implementing and overseeing Protestant religious education services and other special services which fall within the scope of these responsibilities, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), when requested by the Protestant chaplain and/or Group chaplain at Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base.
