The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the installation of a VTC and SIPR cafe in building 109, as defined in this SOO, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. Communications equipment must be compatible with existing CISCO equipment and infrastructure. Please see SOO for greater detail. • VTC solution supplied and installed in the 52 OSS SIPR Café • Provide equipment that is compatible with the other VTC systems on base, USAF, and NATO members • VTC will be a stand-alone capability to support secure teleconferencing. • Mute sign by the monitor/screen stating when the VTC is set to mute. • The VTC controller shall be a graphic, digital, touch-screen display and be able to track to multiple speakers around the room. • The end user requires training on the use of the equipment, in English, once it is installed In addition, please include commercial warranty, onsite support, and training, in English, terms in the quote. The VTC will be a configured to support a SIPR capability. This means that there will be two separate capabilities in room 109. The in-place NIPR capability (non-VTC) will be separate from a SIPR capability (VTC capable). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
