This is a commodity purchase with incidental installation. We need to install a SIPR Video Teleconference suite with a new up to 86" monitor with bracket, 3 microphones on the table with mute button. Connection of one NIPR and one SIPR laptop each in the corner (operator table) a 24" monitor mounted on the wall. A video matrix with controller and a 10" touch panel with individual customer specific programming. A sign outside the room indicating traffic jams ("Meeting in Progress" or "Conference in Session"). The contractor shall... - Procure VTC equipment compatible with existing infrastructure and other NATO facilities. ( CISCO brand communications equipment IE Cisco CTS-CTRL-DVX-10+) - Deliver all VTC equipment - Provide installation and programming of all VTC equipment to ensure it is correctly installed and working. - Programming and testing should ensure the equipment is correctly installed and working - Provide a written description of how the equipment and service meet requirements Deliverables - Video System (Monitor should be or near 86" but no larger.) - Audio System (To include 3 microphones on table with mute buttons) - Control System - Labor - NIPR/SIPR VTC Suite Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
