System must be suitable for indoor use. Required Items : - Laser Engraving and Cutting System x2 - On-Site One Day Setup and Training x2 The Laser must preform to the following : - 50 watt CO2, 30 watt fiber - Capable of engraving steel, steel tools, chrome plated steel, galvanized steel, coated steel ( electroplated, sheraridized, etc ), Nonferrous metal, Cast iron, Platics, Rubber, Leather, All types of wood, Acrylic, Foam, MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) - Have a camera positioning system with focusing lens. - Capable of accommodating material up to 311 mm thick and weighing up to 45 kg. - Freely selectable resolution from 75 to 12000 dpi - Pilot Laser - Manual controls for motorized movement of the axes - Lighting (LED) - Air Recirculation System with filter and turbines to allow for indoor use. - Stand-alone computer with driver with graphic program. - Honey comb table. - Rotary Specifications not exactly matching those above will still be evaluated but may not be technically acceptable. However we are open to alternatives if the 52 MXS deems them acceptable to perform the functions they need which is the etching of various tools and equipment with identifiers. “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.
