The 52nd Fighter Wings has a requirement for a system that operates as a complete Link-16 ground station, it's functional capabilities must be at a minimum the same as the TCG-2000 BOSS with the additional capability to have multiple remote client workstations for access to the Link-16 datalink network via a server and a Link-16 Terminal. This will allow for a BOSS terminal to be accessible in the WOC and as a deployable kit for Agile Combat Employment(ACE) C2, TDY operations, or deployed operations providing another communications medium with aircraft. Additionally, this must provide a redundant Link-16 capability locally by providing a Link-16 terminal in the SEC for short notice re-tasking, training scenario injects, or regional control. Without this system we can not fully execute ACE C2 operations nor training operations while TDY or deployed. Please provide system capability statements for review and questions to TSgt Xavier Robertson and A1C Stephen Ortiz-Gonzalez. The government intends to sole source this requirement if a system can not be found that equals the capabilities of the attached Single Source Justification.
