The contractor shall provide all services and supplies necessary to fitness and rehabilitation equipment to fulfill the Chief of Staff of the AF and Surgeon General's initiative called the Optimizing Human Weapon System (OHWS). The contractor shall provide and install the items detailed in Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics of OHWS in five facilities; 3 permanent and 2 temporary; buildings 108, 360, 90443 and/or 172 and 580 respectively. All items shall be commercial grade, conservative in color and designed for heavy use. All delivery and installation will be required no later than 90 days after contract award. After installation, all equipment will be checked for functionality prior to acceptance by 52nd Operations Group Personnel.
