The contractor shall provide all services and supplies necessary to provide and install EATON Rectifier Equipment for the 52nd Communications Squadron in accordance with the attached statement of work to prevent failure of the UPS in Bldg 24 Spangdahlem AB. Provides for the repair and replacement of the current degraded system. The Following EATON System components are required to be installed and configured as part of this project: Eaton products are required to prevent the costs of retraining and time spent training airmen that a new system would require. - Cabinet System IES-SYS-1395-VA - One DC Power cabinet 600x600x2200mm with max 80KW 48V DC Power, with external battery backup. - One AC 230VAC Power Cabinet 600x600x2200mm with max 28KVA AC Power 230V. - One AC 110VAC Power Cabinet 600x600x2200mm with 2x 12KVA Output power. - External Battery replacement of existing system with variant a) 4x750Ah in existing frame or b) 4x 1010AH in new battery frame. - New AC sub- distribution for the new power cabinets with higher input current. - Monitoring of alarms via existing alarm system (upgrade to new cabinets alarm system). Refer to "Attachment 3 Statement of Work 4 June 2020" for all material solicitation requirements in further detail and installation specifics. FOB Destination only : Spangdahlem, AB Germany Bldg 24. Inspection and Acceptance will be conducted by the 52nd Communications Squadron. Delivery and Installation to be completed NLT 120 Days after award.
