The contractor will operate a juice bar and cafe within a Fitness Center serving approximately 1,200 daily patrons. The required services include all personnel, supplies, and functions to run the restaurant, offering a diverse menu of healthy beverages and food items. The contractor must provide a minimum of three offerings per menu category. Performance will be at the Fitness Center on the military base. Success will be measured by both financial results and customer satisfaction.
