This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. 2. Solicitation FA558725Q0048 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses (See attached RFQ FA558725Q0048) are those in effect through FAR, DFARS, and Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. 3. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 532120; however, due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used. Description of Services The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and labor necessary to perform non-personal courier service van leasing in support of the USTRANSCOM at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom. All services described in this Statement of Work (SOW) shall be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the associated contract. The scope of services includes the leasing of courier service vans, including any required modifications, for a term that ensures the cost-effectiveness of such modifications while allowing vehicle replacement every three (3) to five (5) years. This replacement schedule is intended to ensure the safety and operational readiness of personnel operating in austere environments. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
