This announcement serves as a notice to all potential offerors that the 48th Fighter Wing Contracting Squadron (48 CONS), RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom anticipates the release of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number FA558724R0006 for Information Monitoring and Protection Services. The United States Visiting Forces, United Kingdom, has a requirement for Information Monitoring and Protection Services (IMPS) during construction of Secure Work Areas (SWA) in the United Kingdom. The contractor shall perform the following: Provide all aspects of physical, personnel, technical, and procedural security as required to monitor and detect unauthorized access to internal controlled areas during the construction period and fully comply with ICD-705 to ensure successful Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accreditation of the secure facility. Provide individuals with subject matter expertise (SME) in various construction specialties who are trained in to identify security violations. In accordance with ICD-705 these individuals must be U.S citizens with Top Secret clearances. Provide all necessary equipment to monitor and conduct surveillance of all construction materials for the secure facility and provide a secure access point. *NOTE: Revision 1 of the synopsis has been posted on 24 July to correct the intended RFP posting date from 30 June 2024 to 30 August 2024*
