This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02 effective 22 December 2023, DFARS Change 12/22/2023 22 December 2023 and DAFAC 2023-0707 effective 07 July 2023. Requirement Title: RAFM 100 AMXS Wireless Headsets Solicitation Number: FA558724Q0009 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing Size Standard: N/A Set-Aside: In accordance with FAR 19.000(b)(1)(ii) no set-aside will be used for this OCONUS location. Solicitation Date: 24 January 2024 The 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS) on Royal Air Force (RAF) Mildenhall, has a requirement for wireless headsets. These supplies shall be delivered in accordance with the Salient Characteristics. See Attachment 1 –Salient Characteristics Wireless Headsets. Below is the full list of attachments for this combined synopsis/solicitation. Please see the following Attachments: Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics Attachment 2 – Quote Sheet All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted and received by the Points of Contact listed below no later than (NLT) 2:00 P.M. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on 31 January 2024. Questions received after this deadline will not be reviewed or considered. Submission of quotations must be received no later than 2:00 P.M.
