All other portions of this solicitation remain unchanged. (22 February) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Questions and Answers document to this solicitation. All other portions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Please see Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers. The 48th Fighter Wing, 100th Air Refueling Wing, and 501st Combat Support Wing is required to ensure safe and potable water via sampling and surveillance in accordance with the current FGS-UK. Manpower to receive sampling kits, collect samples, and return to an assigned laboratory is readily available. What is not readily available are sampling kits, laboratory equipment, and technical expertise to analyze the samples. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that laboratory analysis services are performed for each customer in a manner that will promote USVF-UK’s ability to ensure safe, potable water is provided to base patrons.
