Description: The Government requires Medical Referral and Appointing Services to include Medical Appointment Workflow Manager at RAF Lakenheath, UK, also referred to as the “Medical Treatment Facility” (MTF) herein. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and standards of the Joint Commission and Health Services Inspection (HSI). See attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. 2. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs 3. Place of Performance: F.O.B. Destination; RAF Lakenheath, UK. 4. All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/ to be considered for award. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of contract award.
