The Following solicitation has been amended. The purpose of Amendment 1 was to provide an updated date for the Site Survey and Question Due Date. An updated Combo Solicitation for the Amendment is attached below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-010; Effective 07 Sep 2023. Requirement Title: Basewide Wi-Fi Services Solicitation Number: FA558723Q0060 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers Set-Aside: Due to overseas location, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b)(1)(ii) Solicitation Date: 08 September 2023 The Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, RAF Feltwell and RAF Mildenhall has a requirement for Basewide Wi-Fi services with performance required at each base. These services shall be implemented in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See Attachment 1 – PWS Basewide Wi-Fi for full list of specifications. See Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule for list of items/services being requested. Please see Attachments: Attachment 1 – PWS Basewide Wi-Fi Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule Attachment 3 – Site Survey Attendees (See page 2 for details) Attachment 4 – Basewide Wi-Fi Current Hardware List Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers 28 Sep 23 v1 A site survey will be conducted on 25 September 2023 at 0900 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for RAF Lakenheath, RAF Feltwell, and RAF Mildenhall. If intending to attend the site visit and requiring base access, please complete attachment 3 - Site Visit Attendees and submit by 20 September 2023 at 0900 GMT. Meeting point is at RAF Lakenheath visitor center. If base access has already been acquired, please document that on the attachment. Attendees are recommended to arrive in unmarked vehicles instead of company vehicles in order to be processed through Gate 1 for access to the installation. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted and received by the Points of Contact listed below no later than (NLT) 1400 GMT on 27 September 2023. Questions received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to be reviewed or considered. Quotes must be received no later than 1400 GMT on 05 October 2023 by the 48th Contracting Squadron.
