The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide answers to questions received, changes to the PWS and provide revised pre-proposal conference slides. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change the submission date of post pre-proposal conference questions from 31 March 2022 to 4 April 2022. This requirement is to provide Hospital Aseptic Management Services (HAMS) for the Medical Treatment Facilities (MFT) at the 48th Medical Group, RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall and RAF Feltwell. This is to include Aerospace Medicine, Dental Clinic, Veterinary Clinic and Logistics Warehouse. This requirement covers general cleaning and hospital aseptic services to include specific disinfecting procedures of high risk areas, waste disposal to include clinical waste, offensive waste, non-hazardous pharmaceuticals, C&C medicines and amalgams. The requirement also covers hospital linen services to include the distrubution of clean sheets, towels, scrubs, curtains and removal of soiled items.
