Update Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021). Step 2 (second paragraph) referenced Volume II to reflect Volume; 5. Attachment 3 Pricing Schedule has been updated to clarify Basic Ordering Period Year 1, 2, etc., to clarify Optional Ordering Period 1, 2, etc., and to provide an EXAMPLE; 6. The 727th Air Mobility Squadron at RAF Mildenhall has identified a potential need for Fleet Services and Baggage Handling Services at RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath. The Contractor would be required to provide Fleet services to include but are not necessarily limited to the following services: Providing operations control with 24-hour dispatch service. The building/handling of baggage pallets by weighing, securing, loading/unloading, and delivering loose and/or palletized passenger baggage. Servicing aircraft by providing inventory of all accountable aircraft service items, interior cleaning, passenger comfort service, water service, and delivering wet and dry ice service. Provide catering services consisting of; picking up meals, snacks, and beverages from the In-flight Kitchen and delivering them to/from aircraft. Staircase vehicle services providing staircase vehicle support to all required aircraft. Develop and implement a FOD prevention program to ensure that there are no risks to aircraft from foreign objects. The contractor shall complete and maintain all required files and forms to properly account and trace all supplies and equipment. Additionally the contractor will establish and maintain a quality control system to ensure professional fleet and baggage handling services are performed in compliance with published safety in accordance with FAA, USAF and UK law operating requirements.
