In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12), This contract action will be solicited only to local sources. For this requirement, local sources is defined as sources who are located within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). The 48th Forces Support Squadron (48 FSS) has a requirement for a Fully Automated Bailing Press to be supplied to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom.
