Ammendment 0003 Adding estimated dimensions for trailer/trainer. Ammendment 0002 To address Q&A, please see attached Q&A. Ammendment 0001 To address conflicting dates, attachments 0002, and 0004 have been updated to reflect the following date. Questions closing at 1400 GMT, 5 August, 2022. Quotations due by 1400 GMT, 22 August, 2022. F-35 Mobile trainer for the RADR and ACE program. Additionally used for operational competence for the 48th FW mission. - The trainer should resemble the F-35 Lightning II air frame in size and shape - The trainer should be able to be transported on a trailer. - The transport trailer should be included. - The trailer should have integrated propane tanks connected to or have the ability to be easily connected to the trainer. - The connection hose should be long enough to allow safe operation of the trainer while maintaining a safe distance from the propane tanks. - The trainer should have the ability to fold in the wings, vertical stabilizers, and horizontal stabilizers to allow the unit to become narrow enough for transport on roads. - When about the be used, the trainer should be able to be rolled off the trailer easily. - When training is concluded, the trainer should be able to be rolled back on to the trailer easily. - The trainer should come with some kind of weather protection (I.E. Tarp) to protect the asset from the elements. - The trainer should be able to present the following scenarios: - Rear engine fire. - Intake fire. - Main landing gear fire. - Fuselage Fire. - Cockpit Fire. Required delivery date above is based off of the industry delivery of approximately 120 days.
