The United States Government requires Commercial Vehicle Leasing while stationed in the United Kingdom. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, preventive maintenance (i.e., oil, tyres, shocks, etc.), management, supervision, quality control, labor and other incidentals necessary to accomplish this. A multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) will be established to form an agreement to procure 5 primary vehicles, IAW "Appendix 3- SOW Vehicle Lease BPA". The Multiple Award Vehicle Lease Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be for the tri-base area around RAF Lakenheath, Mildenhall, and Feltwell. The BPA duration will be 5 years, from June 2022 to June 2027. Contractor is to fill out "Appendix 5 - Contractor Quote Sheet FA558722Q0014" to quote on vehicle prices for the next 5 years.
