NOTE: Contractors are instructed to acknowledge this amendment in accordance with 52.212-1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. Solicitation number: FA558722Q0009 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 326299 Type of set-aside: N/A – Full and Open Competition The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure system component and system performance of the MPLR System LRU-34/A for the 48th Medical Support Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, England, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 3 January 2022.
