The contractor shall deliver and install a complete and usable Relocatable Simulator Shelter (RSS) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all professional services, facilities, labor, equipment appliances, tools, materials, travel, installation services, reports, specifications, and drawings associated with the project. The project will consist of 3 portions. The following are estimated dates: September 2020 - Installation of slab and utilities December 2020 - Deliver and begin installation of simulator shelter (which is what this solicitation is in support of) April 2021 - Simulator manufacturer to install simulator Note amendment 1 removed language stating the number of months required for completion and states that offerors must complete delivery and installation activities prior to 12 April. Amendment 2 addressed minor typographical details. Amendment 3 allows the submission of 35-paged proposals instead of the original 25. Amendment 4 highlights the requirements to comply with MOD Building Regulations Compliance System Number: PI 02/10. While offerors were still required to comply with the regulation previously, this document needs to be highlighted to ensure US offerors are aware particularly of the requirement of appointing a Building Control Advisor as a third party in accordance with section 2.1. Additionally, offers will now be due on 29 June 2020 at 0900 British Local Time. Changes are highlighted in all updated documents.
