The contractor shall provide services to support HRSM and BEST in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). HRSM includes administration, customer service, Personnel Data Systems, Military Personnel Data Systems, and maintenance requirements. BEST includes customer service, program management, program evaluation, test control, test proctoring and data management services. The period of performance will consist of a one year base period, plus four one year option periods. The performance period will commence from 01 April 2021 through 30 Sep 2025.
