27 Feb 20 - Amendment 9 - Summary of Changes 1. CLIN 0022 estimated quantity has been corrected. Estimated quantity was originally listed as 350,000 liters, the estimated amount of AFFF waste for one year. CLIN 0022 accounts for the initial five-year ordering period so the estimated quantity has been corrected to 1,750,000 liters. 2. Proposal due date has been extended seven days, from 2:00PM GMT 28 Feb 20 to 2:00PM GMT 6 Mar 20. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 25 Feb 20 - Amendment 8 - Summary of Changes 1. Incorporate Attachment 1 - Rev.4 UK-Wide IWMS PWS_25 Feb 20 to update Appendix A, tab “RAF Mildenhall”. 2. Add CLINs 0022, 1022, and 2022 to separate out Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) from “Hanger Waste” and “Aircraft Washings”. Contractor is to provide a price per liter to incinerate any AFFF containing waste at RAFs Lakenheath and Mildenhall. 2. Incorporate Attachment 1 - Rev.3 UK-Wide IWMS PWS_20 Feb 20 to update Appendices A and B. Changes made to various waste streams and task and frequencies for multiple locations. Review both appendices carefully to note all changes. 3. Incorporate Attachment 2 – Revision 2 Pricing Schedule to correct calculation error on tab “Contract Total Pricing” and to add CLINs 0022, 1022, and 2022 for Aqueous Film Forming Foam Collection and Disposal at RAFs Lakenheath and Mildenhall. 4.
