All other elements of this Request For Quote (RFQ) remain unchanged. All site visit requests and questions must be submitted by wednesday 7 October 2025. -----------------------AMENDMENT 01 --------------------------------------------- The purpose of this ammendment is to extend the quote submission deadline to 6 October 2025. All other elements of this Request For Quote (RFQ) remain unchanged. All site visit requests and questions must be submitted by wednesday 1 October 2025. SITE VISIT AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. QUOTE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 22 SEPTEMBER 2025 @ 1600 (Madrid Time). The concessionaire shall procure all food items, beverages (Alcoholic and Non- Alcoholic), and resale merchandise needed for a restauraunt and bar operation is located at Moron Air Base. These operations include, but are not limited to special events as requested by the 496 ABS Services Director or designated Government official acting in his/her capacity. The contractor shall perform the work to commercial standards applicable laws, and in accordance with the PWS. Monthly sales below 20.000 : 5% fee - Monthly sales between $20,000 and $25,000: 6.5% fee - Monthly sales between $25,000 and $30,000 : 7% fee - All above $30.000 : 10% fee
