CNS Finished Water Tank
This project involves the construction of a finished water tank with an estimated budget between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and a performance period of 365 days. The work must be performed at Moron Air Base in Spain. The solicitation is strictly for local sources, meaning companies must be normally resident, licensed, and registered to conduct construction business in Spain, and they must meet all requirements established by Spanish legislation for government works. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on 20 April 2026. All resulting contracts are governed by the Defense Cooperation Agreement between the U.S. and Spain, which mandates the use of Spanish material, labor, and equipment whenever feasible.
