AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend question submission due date to 25 May 2023 @ 1000 (local time). 2) Extend the quote due date to 07 June 2023 @ 1000 (local time). 2) Update the period of performance from June 2023 to July 2023. 3) All other terms and conditions remain the same. Questions in response to this solicitation are due no later than 25 May 2023 @ 1000 (local time). The concessionaire shall procure all food items, beverages (Alcoholic and Non- Alcoholic), and resale merchandise needed for a bowling center snack bar operation is located at Moron Air Base. These operations include, but are not limited to, normal bowling operations (see paragraph 1.3.1) and special events as requested by the 496 ABS Services Director or designated Government official acting in his/her capacity (see paragraph 1.3.2). The contractor shall perform the work to commercial standards applicable laws, and in accordance with the PWS. -Monthly sales below 20.000 : 5% fee - Monthly sales between $20,000 and $25,000: 6.5% fee - Monthly sales between $25,000 and $30,000 : 7% fee - All above $30.000 : 10% fee
