Project Title: RPR Dormitories Bldg 114 The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 U.S. Dollars. This is furnished for the convenience of prospective contractors. The actual extent of work requirements will be governed by the specifications and drawings. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held 4 June 2021, 1000 hrs local time, in the Contracting Conference room, Building 106. To attend you must notify the Construction Management Office (sydney.derizzio.1.ctr@us.af.mil) at least 5 labor days in advance (21 days for third country nationals). Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted in this solicitation not later than 10 June 2021 at 1300 hrs. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Proposals must be received by the Contracting Officer (as described in Sec L) no later than 1000 hrs local time on 23 June 2021. Proposals submitted by the facsimile will NOT be accepted. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT OF DEFENSE COOPERATION BETWEEN THE U.S.A. AND THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN, ANNEX 6, ARTICLE 1(5) "SPANISH MATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE USED WHENEVER FEASIBLE AND CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS" “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”
