Project Title: RPR & ADD MFH NEIGHBORHOOD The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 U.S. Dollars. This is furnished for the convenience of prospective contractors. The actual extent of work requirements will be governed by the specifications and drawings. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held 30 July 2020, 10:00 hours local time, in the Contracting Conference room, Building 106. Bids must be received by the Contracting Officer (as described in Sec L) no later than 11:00 hours local time on 17 August 2020. Bids submitted by the facsimile will NOT be accepted. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT OF DEFENSE COOPERATION BETWEEN THE U.S.A. AND THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN, ANNEX 6, ARTICLE 1(5) "SPANISH MATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE USED WHENEVER FEASIBLE AND CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS" “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.
