This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-08, Effective: 10-28-22 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice DPN 20221028, Effective: 10-28-22 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular AFAC 20221220, Effective: 12-22-20 Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561612. Description: The United States Air Force requires local guard services for 86-88 Blenheim Crescent(BC), West Ruislip, Middlesex, London HA4 7HB. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Guard and Alarm Monitoring Services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. All contractor provided supplies, materials, and equipment to be used in the work described herein are subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer. Currently services are provided by Andrews International Government Service under contract number W911NF18P0003.
