SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) FA557022Q1002 The United States Air Force, 501 Combat Support Wing, Regional Contracting Office, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, that are capable of providing design and install of an audio visual system. Firms that respond shall specify that their services meet the specifications provided in the attachment below and provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance. The 501st Combat Support Wing, Regional Contracting Office is requesting contractors capable of providing services as described in Attachment 1, Draft Statement of Work. Estimated time of performance is August 2022. Delivery and install location is at RAF Croughton, NN13, United Kingdom. All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capability to provide the requested services to the Primary Point of Contact listed below. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Quotes) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 334210 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any Government assessments. The Government's assessment of the capability statements received will factor into whether any forthcoming solicitation will be conducted as a full and open competition or as a local area set-aside. Interested firms are encouraged to provide feedback regarding the Attached Draft Statement of Work. Responses detailing innovative and cost saving methods to meeting the governments objectives set forth in the Draft Statement of Work are highly encouraged and requested by the government. All interested firms must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of any subsequent contract resulting from this notice. If you have any questions regarding this, or are unable to complete registeration but intend to do so prior to submitting your response to this notice, please inform the POC for this notice. Invoicing will be through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Once SAM registration is complete, please go to https://wawf.eb.mil/ to register for WAWF. CAPABILITIES PACKAGE: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide the required audio visual design and install services in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads "FA557022Q1002, Audio Visual Upgrade, RAF Croughton " If this subject line is not included, the email may not get through email filters at RAF Alconbury. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachments. Attachments with files ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted. Ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xsls or .xls documents are attached to your email. All other attachments may be deleted.
