Amendment 01 - Added Questions and Answers, uploaded revised statement of work. ------------- The 501st Regional Contracting Office at RAF Alconbury, UK has a requirement for conference rooms/meeting spaces, lodging, and catering for up to 110 attendees. Childcare may also be required. Collectively, the event is known as a Resiliency Weekend Retreat. The Government desires venues located within a two-hour driving radius of post code GL7 4DQ. The Government foresees a recurring need for these retreats annually, however the exact dates and number of attendees are unknown. The initial retreat is projected to occur on the weekend, beginning on Friday, 31 July 2020 through Sunday, 2 August 2020. Retreats occuring thereafter will be held on the last weekend in July, or first weekend in August. Due to COVID-19 implications, the dates mentioned above for the initial retreat may fluctuate. The Government contemplates a five-year firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for the retreats. Please refer to the attachments for more information.
