Sources Sought Synopsis for AB101 Services Consumables Multiple Award Supply Contract (MASC) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS OR SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The 768 EABS Contracting Office, AB101, Niamey, Niger is seeking capabilities from businesses for determining the appropriate level of competition for a Multiple Award Supply Contract. Please not that this Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract. This Sources Sought is for market research and planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. This supply contract is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for providing services consumables that shall be awarded via individual Delivery Orders. Orders issued under the MASC IDIQ will be competed to the anticipated Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ awardees. The anticipated value of individual Deliver Orders are expected to be less than $50,000. The MASC IDIQ will have a not to exceed (NTE) ceiling value of $3,500,000 over a three (3) year ordering period. PERFORMANCE LOCATION: 768 EABS/AB 101, Route De La Aeroport Diori Hamani, Niamey, Niger 10926 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP): The period of performance is expected to be one (1) twelve (12) month base contract period, with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods and a possible six (6) month extension of services period. NAICS CODE: The MASC will be within the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes: NAICS SIZE STANDARD 322299 – All Other Converted Paper Product Manufacturing 500 Employees 326199 – All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing 750 Employees 322291 – Sanitary Paper Product Manufacturing 1,500 Employees 325611 – Soap and Other Detergent Manufacturing 1,000 Employees In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 – System For Award Management, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via https://beta.sam.gov, prior to any subsequent contract being awarded. Contractors are highly encouraged to submit a package containing the contents outlined in the below paragraphs by 12:00 PM West Africa Standard Time (WAST) on Monday, 9 November 2020 to SrA Steven Audinet at steven.audinet@1cbcs-16.deployed.af.mil, TSgt Woodard Moore at woodard.moore@1cbcs-16.deployed.af.mil, and 768EABS.CONS@1cbcs-16.deployed.af.mil. 1. Company Information – Name, Business Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Number of Employees, Number of Years in Business etc., and a positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal for this solicitation as a prime contractor. 2. Summarize your capability to store a minimum of thirty (30) days of services consumables at an off-base location, and your ability to deliver a one (1) to three (3) month supply, based on the attached example order, at any time during the period of performance stated above. Please include your Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code on your response, if available. *NOTE: The 30-Day Supply Estimate and 2-Week Order Example only show estimated quantities and are not all inclusive.
