DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construct 57 SM (~600 sq ft) area of concrete pads, and associated utilities, to support semi-permanent containerized working units. This project includes: (1) design and construction of 7 concrete pads capable of supporting semi-permanent containerized working units, one on each pad; (2) purchase and installation of 7 containerized working units; (3) installation of electrical, mechanical, and communications equipment associated with the containerized working units; (4) all site preparation work necessary to construct complete and usable facilities.
