Please see the attached Brand Name Justification. The resulting award will be made to one (1) contractor who provides the lowest priced offer that is determined technically acceptable. Pricing: Prices are Firm-Fixed Priced based on the contractor's pricing submitted in response to the RFQ. Invoices: Invoices shall be submitted based on the Payment Schedule identified on the individual Delivery Order. This invoice shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil). The contractor shall use the WAWF site for payments. Invoices will be paid in U.S. Dollars. Partial payments are authorized. Payment: The contractor shall accept Electronic Payments.
