The 18th Contracting Squadron intends to procure Spill Boom and Boom Reels for DLA Okinawa Energy at Kadena Air Base. The requirement includes two Spill Boom Reels (Model YZ-4H Special Automatic Type) and 25 Spill Booms (Maeda Kosen, P/N OK-300-M, 20m).
