The 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron requires quarterly and annual maintenance for four Gator Kawasaki UTVs on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The work includes all parts, labor, and materials for preventative maintenance and minor repairs as per the attached Performance Work Statement. The contract will have a one-year base period with four subsequent one-year option periods. The award will be a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable vendor, based on the total price of the base and all option years. To be considered, a quotation must include a firm-fixed price for each year and a brief description of the company's experience repairing vehicles or similar equipment.
