PURPOSE: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice helps the Government identify potential sources for upcoming construction projects and assess the feasibility of using a Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedure (FAR Subpart 36.3). PROGRAM DETAILS: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, plan, design, and management to upgrade or install reliable and functional radon mitigation system for 200 housing units) to include military family housing on Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Bases on Okinawa, Japan. The prospective contract action will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Work will be comprised of Military Family Housing (MFH) located in Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Camps on Okinawa, Japan.
