Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost- effective practices shall be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project(s) in accordance with the latest version of UFC 1-200-02, High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements. Construction activities may commence after the approval of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) and AF Form 103 (work clearance). The Contractor shall coordinate on-site safety requirements through the 718th Civil Engineer Squadron (718 CES).
