The solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Pre-Priced Single Award IDIQ with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) 1- year option and maximum six (6) months option to extend services. The program ceiling amount is $20,000,000.00 (JPY equivalent).DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work for airfield pavement may include, but is not limited to, slab replacement, new Portland Cement Concrete/Asphalt Concrete (PCC/AC) pavement, full/partial depth spall repair, pavement markings with paint, replace joint seal, crack repair, rubber removal, install/replace tie downs and ground points, mill and overlay AC pavements, hydro seeding/sodding, AC pavement shoulder, provide base/subbase course, grooving, and all pavement and concrete repair related works. The proposed contract action will be a Pre-Priced Single Award IDIQ pursuant to the solicitation.The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option period. To be eligible for contract award, an offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database; however, the following must be satisfied due to award and performance to be made in Japan. Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov as well as the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://PIEE.eb.mil. The PIEE system will be utilized to submit the proposal. This program will be performed, in its entirety, in the country of Japan, specifically the island of Okinawa. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
