BACKGROUND The 18th Contracting Squadron in Okinawa, Japan is seeking sources that can provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to the entirety of Kadena Air Base. III. SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF INTEREST Please view both attached preformance work statements and if your company can provide the same or similar service to fufill this requirment please reach out to the POCs. Multiple areas are on uneven ground and on hills/slopes. O&M High Visual Area has a total of 273.176 Acres with addittional areas in Kadena Air Base and Post Office at Naha in JSD: Improved Grounds O&M Area - 248.279 Acres - Grass Height: 2-4 Inches Semi-improved Grounds Area - 24.897 Acres - Grass Height: 4-10 Inches (Kadena Air Base) - 24.837 Acres - Grass Height 4-10 Inches (Post Office at Naha in JSD) - 0.060 Acres - 4-10 Inches Special Cuts - 40 Acres - Grass Height: Per Request O&M Visual Area has a total of 300.962 Acres with additional areas around Kadena Air Base and Antenna site near White Beach: Improved Grounds O&M Area - 259.450 Acres - Grass Height: 2-4 Inches Semi-improved Grounds Area - 45.513 Acres - Grass Height: 4-10 Inches (Kadena Air Base) - 45.179 Acres - Grass Height: 4-10 Inches (Antenna site near White Beach) - 0.334 Acres - 4-10 Inches Special Cuts - 10 Acres - Grass Height: Per Request **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR MAP BREAKOUT OF DIFFERENT AREAS AND LOCATIONS ON KAB** Please provide a capability statement of your companies ability and resources to deliver and overall reach providing the type of equipment & number of employees you have within Okinawa to fulfill the service within question.
