This requirement is for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work described in the PWS. The Contractor shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and progress of the required work. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with common industry standards/practices and all applicable Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), host nation, and local regulations.
