Provide tangible documentation. The installation of commercial sports flooring along designated roller rink area on Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Japan. The objective is to provide a safe outdoor court surface for roller skating. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to install the tiles and also ensure proper installation and preparation of asphalt is completed prior to laying outdoor flooring tile items. Additionally, white painted lines should be added to mimic a traditional roller rink court.
