FA5270-24-R-0028 is for Paint Interior 2, Military Family Housing (MFH), Island-wide (759UN), Okinawa, Japan - (LXEZ244619). This Construction-Only project will be to paint/varnish interior surfaces, not to exceed 759 housing units ranging in size from 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. The government will provide all paint/varnish only. Interior work shall be performed at various US Military Installations to include Kadena Air Base, Camp Shields, Camp Foster, Camp Lester, Camp Courtney, Camp McTureous, and Camp Kinser in Okinawa, Japan. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): RFIs must be received no later than 16 AUG 2024 by 1400 hours Japan Standard Time (JST) via e-mail directly to the Contract Specialist, Roland Lim, at roland.lim@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, SSgt Stephen Platt, at stephen.platt.2@us.af.mil. DUE DATE: Proposals must be received no later than 09 SEP 2024 by 1400 hours JST via e-mail directly to the e-mails above. Please see the attached SF 1442 and ten (10) attachments. Amendment FA527024R002800001 incorporates RFI responses, and update the Statment of Work dated, 23 Aug 2024.
