The mission partner requires all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the installation of a new ACS system and upgrade of the current ACS software, database conversion, site control units, and infrastructure, as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW).
