Please review attached Amendment 3 Combo synopsis solicitation and RFI document in the attachments. Amendment #2: The purpose of this amendment is to change the due date for quotes from 4 Sep to 6 Sep 2024 NLT 11:00 AM JST. In addition, offerors are required to submit a certification from a US manufacturer certifying the production of cables. Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to change the due date for quotes from 30 Aug to 4 Sep 2024 NLT 11:00 AM JST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amended combo solicitation is attached. Original Combo Post: Cable is not available as a commercial off the shelf item and must be manufactured per drawing 78-115934. Existing infrastructure does not allow from different manufacturers as this is expected to be a one time purchase to last the remaining life of the Minuteman III Airborne Launch Control System. Different manufacturers could cause varying configurations and result in additional government spending which is not in the best interest of the government.
