This requirement is identified as specific brand name items (see Attachement 2_brand name justification). Equivalent items are NOT acceptable. In addition, this solicitation is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The vendor must be registered as small business under the NAICS Code 315990 (600EMP) to be considered for award. Offerors must complete the price list (Attachment 1). Incomplete information may exclude the offeror from the competition.
