The contractor will install the requirement in Kadena Air Base. The scope of work described is to upgrade the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) within building 160 by replacing all antiquated sensors, installing new alarm sensors and associated equipment to meet the security criteria requirements outlined in AFI31-101 and FIPS 140-2 for the protection of Protection Level (PL) 2-4 assets at Kadena Air Base. AES–1500 Network Field Device is BRAND NAME only. Offerors must complete the price list (Attachment 1). Incomplete information may exclude the offeror from the competition.
