The contractor will install the requirement in Kadena Air Base. The scope of work described is focused on the upgrade of UCCX to 12.5 and Verba to the latest supported release of Verint VFS. The contractor is required to provide a solution in alignment with 718 CES requirements to include voice recording capability for 25 users. This requirement is Brand Name or Equal. Offerors must complete the price list (Attachment 1). Incomplete information may exclude the offeror from the competition. Also, shipping, taxes, and other cost necessary to provide these items/ incremental services must be included in the unit price. 01/26/2024 0001 - Respond to RFI and update the price list.
